This was a great company with a great price! Alex came out and gave us a very competitive quote with a smile! The work was done quickly, even with all the rain. The guys cleaned everything up and left the place looking great!

I need a new roof for my house, and at our first appointment, Carlos inspected the roof, and explained in detail how the company works, which was very straightforward and easy. He also patiently answered all my questions. I feel like I'm in good hands. I will update once the work is finished. Update: I recently had my roof replaced and I have to say from the first consultation to the final clean-up and walk through, the whole team was professional, efficient, very friendly and easy to work with. The owner and his team did a good job communicating with me and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The crew showed up on time, respected my property and completed the roof replacement in only one day. The new roof looks fantastic! It’s clear they used quality material and their workmanship is outstanding. I appreciate that the project manager touched base with me several times to make sure everything was going well. Great experience!

My home gutters were covered with leaf guards very nicely. Tom oversaw the work. Stayed on top of the job. I am happy with the work. I would recommend this company without a doubt.

Quick Review: Stellar work across the board. Jack in sales, Tyler as project manager, John in scheduling and communications, Stevie from the office, and all the others we dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Longer Review: I've not run into a salesperson as knowledgeable of the non-sales aspects of the roofing business and prepared for questions as Jack. It was spectacular how quickly John was able to get us on the schedule, and managed the team dispatching around the weather challenges that came our way. From the original canvasing call to questions I had along the way I always reached Stevie on the office line who was familiar with the case which is so refreshing from calling a businesses office/customer service type line. Even with some oddness from our city, SMR handled every curveball the job at my house threw at us for replacing the roof. Couldn't have chanced upon a better company to have worked with, and I must recommend them if you're looking for someone to have take on your project. Our job was in SE Michigan, which also speaks to their mobility and territory range for customers. We're keeping their contact info for any work we have in the future in other areas/projects of the house now that our roof is no longer going to be a problem.

After a ton of drama with State Farm Insurance 🤬, I got a new metal roof installed by Shingle & Metal Roof from Toledo. They do an AMAZING job! They negotiated with State Farm after insurance tried to low-ball me. I can't recommend Shingle & Metal Roof enough! 40 year warranty! They clean up afterwards. No drama. Tear off & install in 2 days. Absolutely PERFECT! It was even funny how my German shepherd stayed with them for the 2 day job playing with the roofers. He wanted his new friends more than he wanted me. Very good people! HAHA

Tyler was amazing from start to finish, there wasn't a beat he missed, from the initial detailed inspection, to thoroughly explaining all of our options, down to helping us decide a color, we had multiple companies stop out, non of them compare to Tyler and SMR, we went from a old red roof to a "desert rose" that matched what we was looking for perfectly
